Nice apartment. Close to the lake and city center. We enjoyed our stay

The accommodation is quite modern, with a spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. However, since the bed isn't in a separate room, it's rather a studio than an apartment. The location is perfect very near the city center. We also enjoyed the shady garden seating area.

The actual problem is the rental agency. Before arrival, you're greeted with instructions, rules and massive threats of absurd sums of money in case of non-fulfillment. Upon arrival, we discovered that the indicated network was not displayed on any device. Others did not work without password. That's why we had neither internet nor television at that time. Besides, the kettle's plug didn't fit the wall sockets. In addition, the capsules for the coffee machine were not available in any supermarket we visited. Since all the emails came from a noreply address and the Banksy email address posted on the apartment door didn't even exist, it was difficult to address our complaints. We didn't have a phone number either. It was only possible thanks to a coincitental phonecall regarding the parking the next morning. Their first reaction was an accusation that we are the only ones whose wifi is not working and that we are using the wrong contact. They also claimed they weren't willing to provide adapters for all foreign appliances. However, It was their own kettle with the wrong plug!!! Apparently they then sent someone over without making an appointment and afterwards accused us of not being there in the afternoon. Completely incomprehensible and unacceptable. Towards the evening of the second day, someone came by to verify the deficiencies. We were then finally given a new router, an adapter for the kettle, and a standard coffee maker (although it leaked). We wanted to spend a relaxing holiday and had some unnecessary trouble. Why not solve the problems before the guests move in?

Was a bit disappointed by the apartment as it didn't quite looked like in the pictures. In addition, the area where the bedroom was, was quite cold compared to the upper side. Overall, not sure I would come back.
