DUPLEX LOFT IN LUGANO CENTER with Garden, Wi-Fi -By EasyLife Swiss

Centrally located, close to the main shopping stretch of the Tram to Lugano Centrale station. It had a decent kitchen and dining area (sits 6 comfortably, though we are 3). Very spacious bedroom/ living area with sofa bed (shared). Large bathroom but it is only 1 shower and 1 WC. had a nice outdoor patio and overall comfortable.

The loft was a good idea on paper, though for families do take note that you’d have to climb up and down to get a lot of things that kids forget or need. Kitchen and dining on entry level. Bedroom and sofa living space is downstairs. Sound also travels through the whole loft space so naturally a lot of whispering at night when kids are asleep. Important note: There is only a “Welcome pack” toiletries per person of bar soap and single sachet of shampoo. That’s fine. We stayed 5 nights so we used our own supplies. No refill of toilet paper (this is surprising and frankly not helpful.) When I asked about a refill of toilet paper, I was informed matter of factly that the welcome pack is one time. So, take note, you will have to buy your own rolls (it doesn’t make sense for travellers). We wish actual towels were provided instead of disposable fabric ones as it did feel rather budget and flimsy to use. It’s not a problem if you’re functional about this.

Place is more suitable for 4 instead of six. Owner is very ‘ precise’ with the kitchen cutlery and coffee tablets allocation. All are prepared for 4 persons only despite the place is claim suitable for 6. Location is however perfect, near to bus station and city center.

We needed an appartment with parking space in the center and this appartment was an excellent choice. Entrance informations came on the day of the arrival with super youtube video instructions.

The sofa bed was not so comfortable.

The only thing we didn't like is that the heating was hardly noticeable. Maybe it was us who don't tolerate the cold very much, who knows. It would have been great if the heating was more noticeable. For everything else, we loved the apartment.
