Zoko Suites en Madrid

Lovely apartment, in great location, spacious and clean. We had a small issue with the hot water that was promptly fixed at no inconvenience to us.

Location was so central and easy to walk to centre of Madrid (10 mins). Property was so comfortable for a family of 7 with everything provided. Supermarket 2 mins round the corner to get all you need, Had five teenagers/young adults with us ranging in age from 15 to 22 and they really enjoyed our stay. Loads to do within easy walk and then metro/bus easily accessible for sightseeing further afield. Would definitely return.

I would suggest the entrance area and stairwells could be better presented, but I couldn't fault the property itself. Two suggestions for fixing is the kitchen tap and the handle on the door in the bedroom off the dining area. It certainly didnt take from our stay, but just were a bit annoying.

Soggiorno perfetto. Quartiere molto caratteristico con tanti locali e ristoranti. Comodo per raggiungere il centro di Madrid sia a piedi che con la metro che dista veramente 5 minuti a piedi dall'alloggio. Check-in semplice e possibilità di deposito baglia presso mit hause in centro. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Madrid, lo terrei in considerazione.

The property is at the prime location and we could access the city center very easily just by walk. It can easily accommodate a group of 10. We had a big group and it was a cozy stay with all the necessary amenities. The apartment was well-maintained and we got a full refund of the security deposit we paid at check-in without much delays after the check-out date. The space is very well utilized with 5 rooms and a living room and open kitchen for everyone to easily access.

The only concern was that we got locked out of the main entrance of the apartment a couple of times during our 4-day stay. As the lock is entirely digital, the main entrance door didn't work for all of us on multiple days and the phone number provided on the door was of no help either. We had to wake up other tenants to open the main door and even had to wait at least for about half an hour for them to attend at 7 AM. We noted same was the case for other tenant as well. My suggestion would be to provide an alternative key or a helpline which actually works for avoiding any such adversities.
