"Lovely apartment in great location"

The place was lovely and spacious. Comfy beds and very clean. Air conditioning was good. Good amenities and great location.

The MITHOUSE app is very glitchy. There are some things in the apartment that need fixed. The sofa in the living room had a broken leg. The door handle of joint bathroom was loose & came off. The back room toilet didn’t flush.

Very close to the city center and main monuments. Also very comfortable for 8 people.

Main equipment is old and not in a good condition. The air condition fine but not for the whole apartment

Lovely clean space in great location. The app worked perfect to open the doors and provided information about the property. Also the deposit was refunded within a few days.

Hot water wasn’t working at first however they send a technician round who sorted this for us.

"Very spacious apartment ideal for a large group BUT mediocre customer service."

It’s very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Overall layout and decor is modern. It’s an ideal space for a large group.

We had constant problems with the water heater. I called for help but was told nothing could be done until the next day. Although they promised to send a plumber, no one ever came. Our friend had to rely on ChatGPT to help solve the problem. Very disappointing customer service.
