The apartment is big enough for our group total 8 people.

Almost all the door handles of every bedrooms and bathrooms are apart. We cannot close the doors.

It's a modern apartment in a central zone For any problem there is a h24 assistence service

Great location, clean, and AC works very well !

The dining room table was on its last leg. It looked like it was about to break, shatter, and completely fall apart if bumped into the wrong way. We were terrified that we would accidentally break it and be charged with the $400 deposit but thank god this wasn’t the case. Apart from this the apartment was decent and had everything we needed!

Walking distance to Metro station. Got two bathrooms. Luckily got the first floor unit, easy for elderly climb up and down the stairs

Not sufficient space to dry our clothes. First day water heater got issues.

Great location, we really liked the vibe of the neighborhood. We especially liked the 2 bathrooms which made our stay easier for 4 people. Place was very clean and check in is flexible.

We had a door between our building entrance and our apartment for which we didn't have the key. Everything was fine while that door was opened, but when someone closed it, we couldn't access our apartment and we had to call support to send someone. Please fix that.

It is a well-equipped apartment in a central location

The door was supposed to be opened through the app. However, there was a middle door, for which we needed the keys. I only got the location of the keys and the code more than an hour after check-in time and after I had to call twice and got in touch with Booking as well. The experience was terrible

Our host was unreachable by telephone for a number of hours - the electronic key system didn't work meaning we couldn't get access into the property. Otherwise a nice apartment in a great location.
