Got mugged in front of the apt at 8 PM while getting groceries, not a safe area at all

The location is good and it was very quiet at night apart from a scratching noise in the ceiling! We had everything we needed apart from a working kettle. Beds were comfy and clean. Nicely decorated too. Bathrooms were excellent - good water pressure.

We managed to get in to the main building via the app. However, there was an additional door before we got to our apartment. By chance, the cleaner was able to let us through this door and we got through the apartment door via the app again. When we rang the agent, we finally got a code for the keys for the middle door that were stored in a lock box. Being aware of this beforehand would be useful. Personal preference: keys are better than an app as the app relies on your phone being charged and internet connection; sometimes it took a while for the door to open. The kettle didn’t work.

It is located in a touristic area, near the Plaza de Mayor. It's clean and has a lot of facilities.

Almost all the doors were creacking quite loudly.. The soundproofing is not great.

Our suite was perfect, 4 of us stayed there but there is definitely enough room for 8 people to enjoy their time comfortably. The contact with the property was smooth and as long as you manage the online app check-in ahead of time - there is no hiccups. There was enough towels, some toiletries, air con worked well, location is great! Fully recommend!

iron could use an upgrade, otherwise all perfect!
