Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries an EUR 25 surcharge. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the same day you made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 pm. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. Cribs are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in. Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must specify the contract duration, stating that the rental is not intended for indefinite occupancy, nor as the tenant’s habitual residence or registered address, and must describe the reason for the rental. The key handover address is different from the apartment’s address.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
