Gran Vía Center, 2 dormitorios en pleno centro

La ubicación es inmejorable , pudimos visitar todo lo que querímos gracias a ello.

Que no especificara bien visible que el apartamento es un cuarto piso y no dispone de ascensor y la luz que había en las fotos no corresponde con la realidad porque tampoco esta visible el hecho de que todo el apartamento sea inteior con lo cual no hay apenas luz, falta aire acondicionado en uno de los dormitorios mas cálidos porque es mas pequeño y la ventana es corredera con lo cual solo se abre de una parte y no entra aire apenas, en pleno agosto es necesario el aire acondicionado.

The second room doesn’t have any air conditioning but we found it manageable with the main air con turned on

Nice appartment, nice location.

Matresses could have been better, and the shower was very used, almost broken. Water heater was uneffective and didn't allow for a shower longer than a few minutes.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions, transportation and restaurants. Grocery around the corner for essentials.

Wood floor is in need of repair. Floorboards in hallway and dining room broken and splintered. Safety issue. Aircon in living room needs repair.

There was nothing good about this place, it was a awful apartment.

This was the worst apartment. When we arrived we had to find the agency who had to provide the keys, but their instruction to find them were bad, they didn't tell us they were located on the top floor, and didn't advise there was a lift to the top floor, so we had to walk the stairs. After getting the keys, the apartment has no lift and you have to walk over 90+ stairs through another building to access it at the back. The apartment was awful, the floor boards are so damaged they have huge cracks/chunks taken out and you have to be careful as we almost cut our foot a few times. The beds are small, they only gave 2 toilet rolls for a weeks stay, power would go out all the time, but the worst was the air conditioner in the main loungeroom. I asked the agency to send someone over to check it as it was so loud you couldn't use it, or it poured water out onto the floor. They basically couldn't fix it, but gave no other options to find a solution, not even fans or portable air conditioners or some reduction in the cost of the stay. The apartment was hotter than the temperature outside, it was revolting. There is no view other than light wells or brick walls, and there is a taverna at the bottom so the smell of fish was in the air if you opened the window. This should be a fully automated process, digital checkin. The apartment needs a major refurb to fix all the bad things, its so dated. Upgrade/fix the aircon in the main loungeroom, and install an aircon in the second bedroom, we couldn't use this room as it was over 30C+ with no fan even.

Very centrally located and beautifully laid out apartment. The pictures on the listing were very accurate. Was a great deal, especially for how close we were to everything. Really large space with high ceilings, even by American standards and especially for Europe. Had a smart TV which made it really nice for hanging out. The couch was a little worn but still pretty comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Some of the floorboards were a little loose/somewhat worn so it was a little precarious to walk around barefoot in some areas; almost got a splinter/cut on the bottom of my foot a few times.

Great location in the center of Madrid

The appartment is in the 4th floor ..WITHOUT ELEVATOR …important to be highlighted as major caracteristic of the appartement m. We were surprised as we are a familly with babies we were surprised when we arrived late in the night that the appartement is without elevator’ , the owner didnt offer any other option that « you should have read the description , and that no refund or cancellatipn was possible » We checked the description provided and indeed 5 lignes of descriptions and the elevator is the last things to be listed
