"Geen prettig verblijf door verborgen kosten die als misleidend aanvoelden, gebrekkige service en slechte communicatie."

De douch. Locatie.

Er waren overal mieren aanwezig, wat het verblijf erg onaangenaam maakte. Daarnaast kregen we voor vier dagen slechts één handdoek per persoon, en werd er €15 gevraagd voor een extra handdoek. Dat vind ik ongepast en totaal niet gastvrij. We hadden vier nachten geboekt, maar als we na 20:00 uur wilden inchecken, moesten we ook nog eens €35 extra betalen. Ik boek al jarenlang accommodaties, maar dit heb ik nog nooit eerder meegemaakt. Een extra handdoek zou niet veel gevraagd moeten zijn als je een appartement verhuurd. Je moet juist voor je gasten zorgen, niet hun leven zuur maken.

Manager was very kind to us.

Couches were very uncomfortable. Layout was inconvenient. Some electrical lights and some sockets didn't work. Kitchen needed towels and pot holders at a minimumdisappointed. Should have been designed by a cook.
