Air conditioning not working

The location was perfect - right on the Plaza de España, close to the Royal Palace and 30-min walk to the Prado Museum. The apartment itself is well-decorated and equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay - iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, etc. There were also high-quality hair care products in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly, they responded almost immediately to all my messages here on the platform. We were also allowed to check out a bit later (13:00 instead of 11:00). The apartment could be opened both with a physical key and via the app. It was quite convenient for us, however, in the last few days there was some malfunction with the lock, so it was easier to open the door with a key rather than via the app.

If you need to leave your luggage somewhere before the check in or after the checkout, the property offers a paid locker service. However, the lockers are located quite far away from the apartment, so you need to take metro or bus to get to them. And they are quite expensive - there is no hourly rate and you can pay only for a full day usage. There is also no window view from the apartment as the windows face the inner yard, however that wasn’t a problem for us.

Very beautiful apartment on very nice location. Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via and other city centar atractions on walkable distance. Entrance in the apartment is digital trough aplication but if you ask they will provide you physical key. Highly recommend.

This apartment is beautiful and comfortable for a couple! You will have to buy laundry powder or detergent for the washing machine.
