Waou Plaza de España I - Alquiler Corta Duración

The apartment was very nice, great location. Good amenities nearby. Easy to access. Comfortable bed. Good wifi.

No amenities whatsoever. There were not even coffee capsules (for a coffee machine that was there, so not even one for you to see what to purchase) or tea, cooking equipment but not even the essentials (oil, salt, sugar?), washing machine but no washing liquid/pod at all, no cleaning was offered during a 6 night stay (?) not even offered when asked. No cleaning products for one to even try to clean something, a broom if something falls on the floor or a mop or even a kitchen towel to wipe off the kitchen. For the price paid, I would have hoped for a better experience. Reported that the shampoo pump in the shower was not working, they acknowledged the complaint but did nothing about it. No paper napkins/kitchen roll to use. Scissors in the kitchen were dull and did not work at all. No instructions on how to use the A/C as it's a bit old and not easy to understand how it works straight away.

In the centre of Madrid, closer to all the metro, restaurants and bars.

As the flat door is automatic, I felt that would be nice to have an additional lock that you can set up once you are inside. It makes you feel safer having that lock.

The location was great. The apartment was spotless clean and has modern furniture. The check-in is also smooth.

The apartment has no view and not much of natural light. The wimdow view is towards the interior of the building. Also, there is no free space to deposit your luggage after check-out. They have a payable locker, but it is not so close to fhe location. Other than that, we had a really nice stay. Thank you!

Location was excellent. Close to metro, nice bars and restaurants and a short walk from historical buildings.

Pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. Only one pillow each so perhaps two each would have been better. The bed was a bit small for us also. The walls are very thin so everything from the neighbours can be heard.

Best place location, everything was great - feeling like you are at home. Keep it that way.
