Easy to park around the flat; the staff checking in for us was very friendly and helpful.

1) The shower drain is clogged, and the water goes down slowly. 2) No elevator while loacating at, I forgot, 4th or 5th floor. 3) There was no kitchen paper and toilette paper was limited. The owner could not supply additionaly so we had to buy kitchen paper ourselves (having to fly in the following days) and used the paper sparingly. 4) The management team is frankly speaking, very disturbing. Before checking in, since they operate on in-person check in mode, they kept asking for the arrival time despite a range was provided. This is fine. What's unbelievable is about check-out. Asked again and again, WHY? We're aware of the deadline and will just leave before that. It is your job to coordinate with your cleaning team about the schedule, if that's your reason. Imagine being message-bombed while you're on the go, looking for directions, enjoying museum or a flamenco show. ANNOYING!

The apartment was very well appointed and in a nice area.

The balcony furniture was a bit tired. The shower head was leaking and I found the sofa uncomfortable. The white goods would have benefitted from having English instuctions. Having said all that I would stay there again.

Es cómodo

Quizás yo no lo vi en la descripción, pero es una cuarta planta sin ascensor. La hora de salida es a las 11. El parking privado pertenece a un supermercado y a las 22 cierran. Te queda estar dando vueltas para conseguir aparcamiento en la calle.

La casa era muy acogedora. La verdad que de 10.

Appartamento curato e confortevole. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. A pochi minuti ci sono differenti supermercati e centri commerciali. Anche per quello che riguarda i trasporti si trova a pochi minuti dalle fermate autobus e metro. Per chi ha la macchina si accede velocemente alle arterie principali di Madrid, che in circa 15 minuti ti portano in città o velocemente fuori per delle escursioni nelle città vicine. Ottima soluzione per chi non vuole stare in centro ma viversi anche la periferia.

Non c'è qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto, ciò che era scritto nell' annuncio vi era tutto. Se devo trovare un appunto, è che trovandosi al quarto piano per una persona anziana d estate, diventa faticoso.

Die Wohnung ist im 4.OG und es gibt keinen Aufzug. In der Küche sucht man vergebens nach scharfen Messern. Die vorhandenen sind unbrauchbar.
