Apartments Heart of Madrid

It was a convenient location for us

The bedsit was small and on the ground floor looking onto an internal coutyard. The curtains provided insfficient privacy. Eur20 was charged for the polycotton sheets and thinning towels. Eur 20 was charged for checking in after 20:00 although we were waiting from 19:45.

We liked the place, in a historical building, at the very centre of the town. All cultural places were at 10 to 12 min walk. Very safe in the streets. Many bars and markets, very alive area. Staff was very nice and friendly, We enjoyed and would come back.

This apartment at Madrid was a nice surprise, all new and clean and allowing us to walk everywhere. There are many restaurants and supermarkets 24h, so life is so easy at Madrid, and so alive, really enjoyed our stay !

Place at the heart of city, clean and well equiped. It is convenient to walk to museums, all at 10 min maximum, very good, quite area but very central. We liked it.

A very nice apartment at the heart of Madrid, near all cultural attractions, many bars and restaurants around. The place is clean, tidy and nice staff. Wifi is very good for working. Private bath and kitchen make it very comfortable.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, in the center, very close to museums, it is possible to walk to all main places, no need for transport. Arrival was easy and staff was very professional in helping us, Nice experience, we will take this again in our viisits to Madrid

Bars with crowd , many

Clean, well equiped apartment with all you need to have a place to rest in the city. The apartment was at a private courtyard well isolated from the street so quiet and nice to live. There are many bars and restaurants, all easy because it was really at heart of town.

If you're considering this Airbnb in Madrid, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. While the location is fantastic—close to all major attractions in the city center—the apartment itself was a huge disappointment. The bed felt ancient, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the blanket was stained, making the whole experience feel unhygienic. They even charge extra for the sheets, which was surprising. There were bricks under the bed that someone came to pick up during our stay, making us feel like we were staying in a storage space rather than an apartment. The kitchen has the basics, and the bathroom was just functional—nothing impressive, but it did the job. The listing mentioned a deck in front, but in reality, it's just a spot where people park bikes and toss garbage; definitely not a value-added feature as advertised. To top it off, we spotted small cockroaches more than once, which was really unsettling. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and felt nothing like the description. The only positive aspect was the central location, but that’s simply not enough to make up for the issues we encountered. Avoid this spot if you’re looking for a pleasant stay in Madrid.

Room was good, clean and well sorted out. Location is center of town and all places can be visited by walk so very convenient, Good place overall.
