Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio, todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos conociendo Oviedo. El parking está situado cerca y la plaza es bastante grande, se puede salir con el coche y volver a entrar.

Everything about this location was great! It is a beautiful unit, very comfortable, and in a perfect location.

My phone ran out of power before I arrived so I had difficulty communicating and meeting the host. This was my fault. I needed a better back-up plan. Javier was an excellent host who shared his time and knowledge with us to make it a better visit

"Excepcional, como en casa"

Nos ha encantado absolutamente todo, estaba tan limpio y ordenado como si fueras a un hotel, camas cómodas, muebles bien decorados y modernos. Fuimos con un bebé y el colchón de la cuna era estupendo. No le faltaba detalle, además del trato amable y personal con el que te recibe el anfitrión. Y la ubicación excepcional, está en pleno ayuntamiento, y solo con cerrar la ventana queda todo insonorizado. Volvemos seguro, ha hecho que nuestra estancia en Oviedo sea como estar en casa!

"Bellissimo appartamento centrale"

Appartamento molto bello, con due camere da letto, soggiorno, grande cucina, un grande e bel bagno con vasca e doccia. Posizione ultracentrale, parcheggio privato subito dietro, al costo di 10 euro a notte.

Suggerisco soltanto di comunicare meglio che è in una zona pedonale, e quindi dare il giorno prima le istruzioni per dove parcheggiare. Il letto matrimoniale non era larghissimo, era più alla francese.

"A great apartment in a very nice city."

This was a great apartment. The location was perfect, right in the center of town overlooking the main square. The pictures don’t do it justice - everything was very elegant and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, the WiFi was excellent, and we had everything we could need. Javier was great about helping us find the apartment and get parked (very convenient parking) and even helped with our luggage. Many thanks!
