Excellent location, Javier the perfect host!

The bars downstairs they were very loud at night.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and had everything you could possibly need in it. The beds are very comfortable too. It is situated in the old town and is right over a bakery with a food market only 1 minute away. Javier, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket only 3 minutes walk away. Oviedo old town is quite flat and easy to walk around and our apartment was a 10 minute walk to a large shopping street with beautiful architecture on the way

Adorable apartment in the center of town. Charming, and clean with a lovely, responsive host.

The location of the apt is unbeatable! In center of plaza de la Constitución, a minute walk to all important sights and restaurants. The apt is tastefully decorated, modern and with all amenities, even an electric fireplace! Bathroom is enormous! Two bedrooms with comfortable full beds and a small area to watch tv or just relax and sit down. The building is in very good shape, with elevator or you can use the stairs. Very useful is that, for an additional fee you can have parking, very near from the apt. Javier was an excellent host. Very amicable with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Only thing to be aware is that the apt doesn’t have A/C. We went first week of May and nights were still on the cold side. As there is some bars on the first floor it could get noisy if you need to open the windows.

A small apartment which has been thoughtfully planned and furnished to a high standard. Centrally placed with lift and nearby parking (8E). Overall excellent.

Liked everything. Probably worth noting that the double beds are the normal, small by northern european standards, Spanish doubles.

Nothing to do with the apartment but during our stay a group of militant nurses or something like that were protesting against something we didn’t get. To everyone their opinion, but two full days of yelling the same phrase over and over in a megaphone and have US police sirens howling when they were on a break is just too much. We went crazy. Same for the tourist office staff in front of which they camped BTW.
