good price for location clean bed and bathroom

On the first day the fuse responsible for the boiler burned out, there was warm water for only 2 days, then I had to wash with cold. The owner did not answer my messages. The cleanliness of the kitchen raises questions. The washing machine is dirty.

Owner is a complete scammer. They have taken deposits to their personal accounts and are not returning even weeks later. I would stay away as you will never see your deposit again. Also. Power board is dodgy.. you can't use fridge and Air-conditioning at same time. Bed is pretty much a pull out sofa Worst experience.. bad place

Position it's really good

The bad was not really comfortable.

The owner was extremely unfriendly, even rude. He sent wrong informations regarding the payment of the deposit, then did not accept the Paypal payment - I was standing for one hour in front of the appartment in the heat at 4o degrees before I was able to get in. In the appartment was very hot, the airconditioning very loud. Finally, I never received a receipt for the payment.

No toaster.

The owner has made sure the apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. It was clean and disinfected.

It's a second floor walk up without a lift. The description should make this clear. The owner blamed this on booking.com.

Great location near Gran Via and many sights. Good for a place when you just need a bed and shower.

Deposit methods are inconvenient. Wanted PayPal but was unable to set up an account once I was in Spain and didn't have a sim card. Was forced to go into their office far away from the stay to pay the deposit by credit card. Make sure you have a valid PayPal account before arriving in Spain.
