Location was good close and walking distance to most atractions

It would have been good if there was some Laundry detergent to do washing of clothes, and pegs to hung up the clothes

It was comfortable and the location was perfect!

The electricity went out. It was a perfect stay!

Good location. Near Metro stop, shops and up the hill there are cute shops and restaurants.

It was a bit hit-and-miss. Instructions were sent in Spanish and were unnecessarily wordy. Took 1/2 hour for response and then only repeated the code. Google Translate came to the rescue. Bathroom could do with a good scrub, it's a bit mouldy. Not sure how the a/c works in summer - it was sometimes blowing hot even though I had it at the coldest setting. Note that it's up a hill, and 2nd floor (3rd for USA people) with no lift.

Property doesn’t have air-con, the heater provided was not working properly, but they have mentioned that it has aircon. Due to cold I had health issues, and rest of my trip became useless. As the temperatures very low in the Madrid it’s necessary for the property people to make sure Air-con or heaters should be available, and customers expects that.

The studio was small but cared for. Right in the centre, convenient location. No noise from the street at all, but there was quite a bit from neighbours and the electric appliances in the studio, like the fridge. It didn't bother me, but might bother others. The instructions for check-in were clear, with helpful photos, and the wifi was reliable.

Some parts of the studio were very clean but other parts were not. The fridge smelled and the blanket on the bed had a number of human hairs on it. The communication was terrible - the mobile phone number listed doesn't answer calls or respond to messages for days. Even messages through Booking were very slow to get a reply. Because of these negatives, I wouldn't stay here again.

the bed was very uncomfortable. The check in process wasn’t very smooth at all and not communicated very well. you have to go to a whole other office about 20 minutes away from the apartment in order to check in and pay the deposit in order to get the check in instructions. The staff wasn’t very friendly.

Very clean, very central, for a weekend in the fantastic Madrid the apartment is perfect.
