Communication was a mess. I never received a message for the keys on email or on the platform. I arrived at the property to find out after tens of calls and messages that the keys need to be retrieved from a different place. After coming back to the property, the room was dirty and not cleaned. Then I had to move to a different room.

Great location. Very central to lots of cafés and bars plus the metro too. Clean and tidy.

I think information about picking up the keys should be sent in one clear email. It is inconvenient to receive too many emails, containing too much information so making the information we need difficult to find.

The location, the facilities in general.

It was not obvious how to access the apartment. There are two staircases, and you actually need to cross the patio to get to the apartment, which was not clear from the instructions. When I called the number provided by the property for assistance, the staff had no clue how to help me, but kept me in line for quite a while, unwilling to admit that they couldn't assist me. That was quite irritating, given I was tired from traveling. I was rescued by one of the people actually living in the building. Also, the door opens backwards, so I also had trouble with the keys.

Cosy place in a great place.

Long and narrow stairs in the building and a very narrow stairs inide the apartment. The doors are very difficult to open. The staff make all their best to make your life difficult.

Location excellent, very central. Apartment is fairly recently refurbished.

The bedroom and bathroom upstairs which are right up in the attic are incredibly cramped. I live in an attic conversion myself so I’m used to having reduced headroom, but this takes it to the extreme. The most comfortable way to cross the room is to walk over the bed! And the toilet in that upstairs bathroom is unusable - stuffed into the corner with no headroom above it. The stairs up to the bedroom are very awkward as well. Fine if you’re young and fit but anyone else, be warned! Fortunately there is a bathroom downstairs which is more comfortable. However, neither the shower upstairs nor downstairs has much water pressure. In an apartment like this they could perhaps install a pump or similar to help. Anyone with long hair would be there a long time trying to rinse out the shampoo! The remote control for the A/C had a cracked screen making setting it up very difficult. I did contact them about it and they offered to try and sort it out but as we were there for just two nights there wasn’t time. Hopefully they have rectified this by now, but it would have been ideal if this had been spotted when the apartment was cleaned and set up for us. I suspect the remote had been broken a while. Last, key collection is not at the apartment building but at the office nearby. Not the end of the world but if you have luggage it can add an extra level of hassle when you arrive - particularly in the summer heat. Perhaps the key could be left in a lockbox at the property?

Style. Stairs up to bedroom. Feel of the apartment building. Kitchen was modern. Bathrooms were modern. Body wash and shampoo provided in the showers!

Not very bright (few windows). Overlooked by neighbours. Cooking equipment was not quite good enough - chopping knife and dish soap was missing.
