"over all good stay and good staff communication, but the temperature is very cold in the appartement"

Idealy placed in the center of Madrid, cute appartement over all. The staff is very responding.

A lot of forms to fill with personal informations. We noticed some things that don’t work (both air conditionnig) the place was very cold (in february) and there is only an electric heater, not efficient at all. Also we noticed that the little mirror on the entrance door is see-through which is really weird, and made us feel very unconfortable… you can see inside the appartement through the entrance door when the light is on (photo attached)
