Good location about 30 minutes walk from the center. The building has an elevator.

With the exception of the kitchenette, the apartment is quite old and depreciated, including both bathrooms. The apartment has a terrace, as seen in the photos, but unfortunately it is unusable, as it was unmaintained and quite dirty. And at temperatures of plus 12 plus 15 degrees it could be used, but ...... under other conditions! Using the bathrooms was also a big problem, because as the hot water flows, at some point ice water starts flowing. It turned out that the boiler displays an error and needs to be turned off and restarted. The problem is that the boiler is located in the kitchen - imagine what an inconvenience this is for the person who is taking a bath at the moment. The owners of the apartment should also consider providing a second key and providing it when the apartment is used at full capacity, that is, 8 people - we had warned that we were two families with 2 children each, but it was never provided to us despite our request. The conditions provided did not match the price we paid for our stay.

Location was great near the train station. Bakers across the road. Large apartment. Lots of stairs and a small lift..

Getting a bit dated. Patio doors broke. So we could not use outside. But they came and tried to fix promptly…

Location is great

Their business plan is to have visitors reset the broken boiler instead of replacing it. The shower water turned ice cold with no warning multiple times a day. Imagine having hair full of shampoo or a child in the shower. Unacceptable. Many things broken and unit was dirty.

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything.

Painting of furniture and walls is worn, needs renovation. The condition of the bathroom is very poor. Hot water is stagnant, shower holder is broken off, water is running from a pipe, rainwater is dripping from the ceiling light.

Perfect location with many rooms. The terrace is big with good view. Very close to the metro station and train station.

The heater of water is not stable. Need to fix.

Cost effective and central, plenty transports available.

Maintenance of the apartment is scarce, no cleaning utensils available, apt rooms are packed (only small amount of room to circle bed). One of the bathrooms is a “backup”.

Location was superb

The boiler was a pain as it kept cutting out and we had to reset following the instructions but you could hardly get through a shower
