Good location.

Even though arranged beforehand, could not check in at the agreed time. Returned to unit to find that TV was removed. No notification regarding this at all. Eventually got hold of host to be told that the previous bookers broke it, but that it would be replaced asap. After arranging three different times over 3 days, received another tv that was not working. Host promised 25% of price to be returned to me, of course STILL waiting on that!! Details of apartment published promised terrace, balcony. Apartment has very dirty inner court yard, with a clothes drier covered in towels for the duration of our stay. Not acceptable at all.

It was very cosy and in a great location, easy walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable, and it was really handy to have a washing machine. The owner's daughter was lovely, met us at the apartment and showed us around.

I expected more of an outdoor area, but it was tiny and people could see straight into the kitchen or bedroom if you opened the windows.

Location is excellent, city centre is close and park El Retiro is even closer. Apartment is very cosy and has everything you need. Owners are very nice and you can easily contact them.

Apartment with good location. At has access to both old and new cities. Owner is so friendly. Recommend

I liked the fact that this apartment was near the center so it was easier to move around the city, also in the apartment everything was in good condition the beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom was clean, and the owner of the house was really sweet she even brought us a bottle of cold wine.

We could not fault this apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

The mother and daughter team who greeted us were warm and welcoming and so friendly. The apartment, though small, made good use of the space. It is situated behind the Reina Sofia on a tree lined street with access up the street to the square and down to the right to a fountain surrounded by cafes. The facilities were modern and everything very clean, with espresso machine and pods and sugar. Also lovely big fluffy towels (excellent washer/drier). Nice mixture of lighting. The main bedroom was charming and peaceful, with lots of sheve space. There is a terrace with table and two chairs and drying area - nice for morning coffee and late night glass of wine. The bed upstairs was comfortable but the angle of the stairs was straighter than we thought and (at our age) a bit difficult to navigate. No problem for a teenager though. The hall to the flat was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We loved that the property was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and doing laundry, including multiple pots and pans. The AC and water filter were also much appreciated. The interior design was unique and chic, and we really appreciated the thoughtful decoration by the owner. The loft was a great feature that our teens enjoyed having as their own space. The location was excellent, close to tourist attractions and easily accessible by public transport. Being on the main floor was convenient, as we didn’t have to deal with many stairs.

It’s hard to find anything I didn’t like because everything was so great. The only small issues were the Wi-Fi cutting out at times, which we were able to fix, and the AC remote not always working properly when we tried to adjust the settings. Despite these minor things, we had a wonderful stay.
