As the apartment is in the basement, it is difficult to know what the weather is like outside. It is also necessary to replace the sofa, and to remove moisture from under the window in the room. Considering the price, the humidity, the sofa, the price is too high.

The apartment looks the same as in the pictures, it was very clean and tidy, well equipped. You have everything you need and more, there were enough towels for 4 people for 4 days. Microwave, hair dryer, washing machine and dishwasher... The woman who welcomed us was very pleasant even though she didn't speak English well, she tried to explain everything to us and there were no problems. The hosts were very kind, we could leave our luggage in the apartment even after 11 o'clock. Location is good, close to the center but quiet.

This apartment is actually a basement flat, there were no windows except for the terrace, so it was very dark. I think this space is small for 4 people. A friend who slept on a mattress in the attic was not satisfied with the comfort.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Facilities were excellent. Great to have tea, coffee and water upon arrival. Apartment was immaculate and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again

The location is just great, close to any point of interest downtown Madrid you could think of! There is a tiny patio where we relaxed in the evening with a glass of wine. There are a lot of bars/pubs/restaurants nearby. It is very very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. We are quite pleased with our stay!

We were a company of 6 and the boiler was not fast enough to heat the water. Still, we survived :)

Wonderful location that feels central, but quiet. Well suited for an extended stay with supplied washer, kitchen ware, and shower supplies. Comfortable beds with plenty of additional bedding. Easy to find. Easy to check in and out.

Ladder to the loft is somehow steeper than expected - just be aware that your group is fine with that before expecting somebody to sleep up there!

Great location close to bars, restaurants and train station and central Madrid

Minor- door could do with more noise insulation from the corridor but nothing major.

First of all, is at basement, so- no windows, only a terrace that is not a terrace, is like a place between houses, where everybody has laundries outside on balcony and very dirty. Dust everywhere, hair on bedsheets, not clean at all. 2 beds but only one was prepared for sleeping, the one upstairs was without bedsheets, and the floor full of dirt. Ac- are not working properly, i don t know why they dunnot heat even they were set correctly. The girl from the cleaning was with another friend i suppose, and when we arrived the other one left quiqly, not professional at all. And the clean lady also let the washing machine On, with some towels inside and then she gone. So, my advice is to change your cleaning lady and fix the Ac, and show people what really the terrace looks like.
