GBThe location was good.
Everything. I think there is CCTV camera / a hidden mic in the apartment… felt we were being watched. Management is awful. Calling every 10 minutes to see if we were happy… sometimes you just want to relax? There was no hand soap and no breakfast tea. We arrived at 5pm and the cleaner was still cleaning. 2 hours after the check in time. Absolutely appalling. Trying to get back my £250 refund deposit and claim 1 night back due to poor management. My advice don’t book.
KYPrompt care and support of guys at Platinum pillows was phenomenal. They were considerate and kind if we made a request.
Initally we felt the Space was small but we came from overseas where we were used to bigger houses. Overall based on UK standard, it is a good size apartment.
