NZThe location was great. Proximity to public transport and shops was excellent. Lovely area to wander around.
Didn't find towel heater switch until leaving this information could have been provided.
ZAThe location was very useful as it allowed easy access to the JR Hospital and to Headington shops which were both a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable and the area as a whole was very quiet even though it is next to a hospital. Situated very close to a useful bus stop.
The bathroom had an unpleasant odour when we first arrived that took quite some time to dissipate, the bathroom was also very stuffy as the roof window could not be opened. I appreciated the availability of the washing machine however there was nowhere to hang up the washing once it was cleaned.

1. The apartment is approached by a narrow dark alley. The lights on the alley did not function for the two weeks of our stay 2. Noise from apartment above was at an unacceptable level 3. Bathroom - toilet did not flush efficiently; toilet seat needed tightening; bath tub needs grab rails for safety; the washer at the bottom of the shower needs reattaching

SAthe location is great and close to the shops, coffee shops and the buses to city center. The staff were very helpful and they were quick at reply
The flat is a little bit small and cramped and has dangerous,circular shape steel stairs. There were no enough garbage bags for someone who will stay for 10 nights! I had to buy it to collect the rubbish.

a Little shabby and worn down. stains on carpet. cutlery and crockery was stained. pics on internet way than reality. leakage from bathroom ceiling (taken care of by staff - very helpful). mould in bathroom. bad value for rather high price
