Locatia super ok, acces facil, priveliste minunata. Complexul in sine e foarte ok mai ales pt cei mici.

Se poate observa cu ușurință ca in apartament nu s-a mai investit de ceva timp. Presiunea apei se pierde dupa fiecare duș, e nevoie de aprox 10 minute sa-si revină. Din păcate, uneori apa se oprește si in timpul dusului. Ușile cabinei de duș nu se închid bine iar acest lucru duce la scurgerea apei in baie. Baterie de la duș este ruginită și uzată. Mecanismul de tragere a apei din vasul de toaleta este defect, rămâne blocat si vasul nu se reumple. Mobilierul este uzat iar una din măsuțe de pe balcon este deteriorata. Internetul este de slaba calitate iar televizoarele nu sunt smart. La bucătărie lipsește cuptorul cu microunde. De asemenea ar fi fost util si un aparat de făcut cafea. Locul de parcare nu este asigurat, este asigurat doar accesul in complex, cu posibilitatea de a parca pe locurile nemarcate (Atenție, daca sunt disponibile).

Apartamentul A 10 trebuie scos de la inchiriat. Aerele din dormitorul 1 si living nu scoat aer rece. În cel de al doilea dormitor a fost aer cândva dar nu a mai fost înlocuit. Usile interioare nu se mai închid. Vesela este incompleta si adunata din ce avea pe acasă proprietarul. Dusul ruginit. Mobilierul din balcon este un adevărat pericol. Abia se mai tine în picioare.

Poor quality some things were not clean like for example the sofa when you unfold it is dirty the front door could only be closed with the key otherwise it was open the bathtub in the bathroom was dirty

Great location, next to the beach. Good communication through an app, all details listed. We also had recommendations for food and beach bars - very useful. Good amenities, having almost all you need in the apartment. Possibility to have early check-in/late check-out is a great plus.

At check-out, you need to open the barrier with a key card (coupled with the keys to the apartment door). After you take out the car from the complex, you need to return the key to the apt seif located near the apartment’s door - the area is very crowded, no public parking spots available usually, which makes it difficult to return the keys. A seif close to the barrier would help a lot. Other than that, everything was great.

Fantastic view to the sea from both bedrooms and balcony. The location was great for me and my family as we didnt mind the noise from the restaurants located right next to the building...we actually liked the holiday and fun vibe and the babies slept well .

The apartment could have been more clean. The furniture is quite used especially the chairs. The door of one of the bedrooms was getting locked when closed from inside and could be unlocked from the bedroom only. For solo travelers is quite a problem. I messaged the property administrator about it.
