Crowded and some dirty areas around the building, pollution

Theres no trashcan in the in the kitchen

Near commercial district. Clean.

What i expected, a renovated condo in an upper floor

In very poor condition, roach infestation too.

Good value for money (including big outdoors pool)

Seems like a nice place with friendly staff and a good price with a good pool.

But the cleanliness could be better. I already informed them there were bugs crawling in the apartment. I saw a notice that they were gonna have pest control later in the month so hopefully it will be better. Minor issue: There could be a power outlet close to the bed but there were nothing near. The bed table had holes in it so it needed i paint job
