Affordable Makati Serviced Apartments

The apartment complex is nice, the pool is huge. AC worked great, albeit blowing directly on the bed. We were provided with a lot of drinking water, which is very handy.

Too few power outlets in the room.

Good location and terrific view

Pretty much most things handled well....even helped with storing our bags for a few hours on the day we checked out.

Location is great. Unit comes with TV, fridge, microwave, stove, and kitchen utensils. They also provided clean towels, toiletries and coffee. Owner is really nice and answers questions fast.

The bed is uncomfortable and had a sharp metal piece sticking out which scraped my leg. Left me with a scar. Major electrical issues with the lights/fridge/microwave keeps getting short circuit.

The apartment was good value for money

I didn't like being told after purchasing the accommodation that the check in time was 3 pm and there was a surchage for an earlier check in. 3 pm is unreasonably late and below the world standard. Almost every hotel in the world has a check in time of 2 pm, but will almost always allow a check by 1 pm at no extra cost. Unreasonable surcharges should not be added after an agreement has been made, as it significantly reduces customer goodwill.
