El apartamento está en una buena zona, con supermercados y tiendas cerca. Es una zona tranquila. Estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario, incluso dejaron un cepillo de dientes. La ducha tenía agua caliente y buena presión.

La sauna estaba estropeada. Lo único malo, por decir algo, es que está en el piso 39. A pesar de que hay 4 ascensores, había que esperar y se tarda un poco en llegar, porque el ascensor va haciendo paradas.

La posizione delle struttura è davvero ottimale, nella zona più sicura di Manila, all’esterno ci sono un sacco di ristoranti tra cui scegliere, è facilmente raggiungibile con Grab dall’aeroporto

Purtroppo la stanza non è molto accogliente, manca di cura e di pulizia, ci sono scarafaggi che escono dalle tubature e tutti i mobili e sanitari sarebbero da rivedere

Good location, shopping centres, and bars at a walking distance. Gym and sauna in the building.

The first apartment it was full of cockroaches. After the first night, the owner changed my condominium, and the second one was cleaner, but still, some cockroaches were there.

Had a good look over the city on 41 st floor.had a few small cockroaches which I squished a couple of cigarettes burn holes in the sheets but for the price it was good value for me
