My guest left within 1 hour of stay in the room, several huge size roaches started to crawl and my guest decided to just leave the room since she cannot rest/sleep at all.

Room cleanliness and location were excellent. This is the 4th time I have stayed here, but the first time in a standard room; the other times were in deluxe rooms. Even the standard room meets all my expectations.

The one item that did not function was the microwave oven. It seemed to have a short circuit. I have every confidence that the management will take care of this issue.
