The host Ms. Joan is very professional. She is courteous, hospitable & understanding. Her service was excellent. However, the property owner in the US has charged more than your given/sent charges and it was in dollars. It gave my bank & I confusion because the reflected charge is from a garment company. Unusual for booking.com, hope this will not happen again. Thank you.

Everthing We like specially the owner and the keyholder/caretaker they both responsive and very accommodating. And we liked also that you could get 1wilkins of water ,free coffee and biscuits 😊😊everything we need is already in the unit. we had a good stay

THE CARETAKER JOAN WAS TOTALLY A ANGEL AND DID EVERYTHING TO MAKE OUR STAY A 10*... THE APARTMENT HAD ICE COLD AC REALLY CLEAN PLENTY OF PLATES UTENSILS POTS PANS CUPS ETC... THIS IS THE BEST FOR US WE HAVE FINALLY FOUND A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO COME TO IN MANILA.. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY ALSO IS GREAT KEPT IN CONTACT ANSWERING ALL MY EMAILS IN A TIMELY FASHION. THANK YOU!!! CANT WAIT TO REBOOK...HIDDEN GEM...

It's my 3rd time to stay here. The owner and Joan were very approachable. See you in July.

I didn't see anything that I didn't like. I got my extra towels and bed sheets. Internet was pretty stable.
