Very neat and comfortable. It has a Christmas themed set up so we dont have to set it up for the occasion. We feel very at home. Ate Joan is super nice and friendly. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

The unit is very near to mall of asia and business office we did our transactions.

The noise coming from the guests of other rooms. But no issue with this unit we occuied.

the cleanliness and the property was well managed. the moment you enter the unit, it smells great and well kept. since it was raining hard, I spent most of my 2 weeks just watching netflix. internet was reliable. no cockroaches. a lot of extras like bed sheet, towels etc etc. Joan and Mila was very accommodating.

The condo itself is clean and safe. The unit is also clean and has good facilities.

The name of my partner was not submitted to the front desk but it was sorted out easily.
