was easy check in as keys already at reception, rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Close to Greenbelt mall with all its cafes, restaurant and shops and shops

"KL Tower (in Makati)"

KL Tower is a mix of hotel and Air BnB types, so it can be a little confusing the first time. I will certainly come back again.

Better definition of Hotel and Air BNB at reception to avoid confusion

"Great place for a staycation with many activities"

"It was comfortable for me."

I really appreciate the accommodating host when I reschedule my check-in. It was my third time enjoying the services of this property management. I highly recommend their flexibility and good host behavior.

It was the guard at the reception who asked for my ID for the room key claim. He pictured without permission my Passport whom I interrupted by chastising him not to do it because of Data Privacy laws. Passport ID is a sensitive personal information.
