Good facilities and the area where it's located is perfect since it's close to stores and buildings I needed to go to.

The customer service is terrible. The bed was broken, which we indicated to the staff, but instead to be considered, we were asked not to talked to the personnel and instead take pictures and follow a procedure that was not appropriated to our request.

I like it because of cleanliness, quiet place, there is a kitchen and kitchen utensils to use to cooked with your own foods, respectable

Need more cutlery including sharp knife and chopping boards

Location is not far from greenbelt 5, approximately 800 meters. The ayala park is just in front of the building which is good for those who want to jog or walk in the morning. It has microwave, kettle, refrigerator, stove top. Security personnel are very courteous and polite. 👏

The shower drain is really bad. The shower floods quickly, and the water drains very slow. Also, it would look better if the bathroom moulds could be removed. There is construction noise that kept me awake until past midnight. I could hear machineries from the bedroom.

The bed was rickity and uncomfortable

The apartment is very nice. The location is superb. Internet fast. All the necessary equipment if you want to cook is available, but I didn't use it, only stayed 1 night. And Nono coffee shop has a door connection on the groundfloor, you can buy a nice breakfast.

Actually clean, but somehow there was a small cockroach that I had to kill; however, this is a tropical country, so it was probably got in somehow. There is no coffee or teabag, so if you want one you need to bring it with you, in my case I went to Nono to get an excellent tea.
