It was close to amenities as 7-Eleven is outside next door. It had washing machine facilities and was relatively comfortable.

Once our check-in was sorted out after two hours and another unit and additional cost to us from original booking, the room itself was comfortable. The apartment hotel itself is completely separate to any private bookings that you do through any accommodation apps so when it completely messes up they don’t wanna know about it. however even though we had to pay upfront for another room booked now with the hotel itself the following day the accommodation supplier that we dealt with came to the party and we received a full refund for that additional cost. Plus we were not charged at all for the original booking. The location itself is within easy walking distance to a massive shopping centre. given the mess of the booking with the private accommodation supplier, would we stay here again? We would be very reluctant.

I hope the property put an AC at the loft because there is a smell which is not nice.

Easy and convenient process. Very accommodating with changes to guest number. Room sizes, location, facilities were all satisfactory.

There were small cockroaches. :(

Location! Right across Legazpi Park and a relatively easy walk to places of interest in Makati CBD. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Room was very spacious. Washing machine was very handy and easy to operate. We had an issue of the aircon leaking but the staff attended to it as soon as possible. Was a comfortable stay.
