Aircon was noisy. There were bugs coming out from the tiles. The brush type of hairdryer wasn’t ideal (hair remaining from previous users still stuck). Basin in the toilet was leaking. Light was also dim in the toilet and there was no full length mirror. However despite all these, the owner/manager was very responsive to me. I only had a short stay so I overlooked these issues.

We got our money back.

There was roach activity from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. There was black mold in the restroom. We cancelled our reservation and got out of there. The apartment also lacked, needs to be taken care of. This place should not have a 9.1 score, but many love roaches and mold, so I don't know. Aside from this ordeal, booking.coms customer service rep was disrespectful and continued to defend a listing that should not be rented. Fix the issues, some tlc to the apartment and post it back up. Beware and thanks
