-Location -Price -very spacious -The caretaker were nice and accommodating despite late night check-in

Good location. Close to terminal three of the airport and close to the mall and casino. It was a very lively area kind of upscale and clean and nice. I would highly recommend it.

Everything was good. The only thing I did not like is the bathroom was too small.

Guards wouldn't let us in to resort. Said had no places in resort. Gf called number and was shown 2 place in one palm-tree villa which she accepted second she viewed. If I had been there would have cancelled booking and and gone elsewhere. I know the prices for places in one and two palm trees villas were cheaper than Sarasota as had looked at before booking Sarasota . But I wanted the nicer place to stay. The rice cooker just had the base and nothing to use to cook in it. Extractor fan over hob didn't work. Kettle broke on day 2. Door to balcony had no door handle or lock. Not a good place to stay.

Location was good , walking distance to airport and a lot of restaurants in the area . Tight security and quiet at night. Apartment was suitable for a single person like me or even a small family.

Lots of cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom 😭😭😭 plus strong sewerage smell in the toilet . I came for work so I was rarely in the house , only to sleep or shower , so it didn’t bother me much , however people who would like to cook / have small children / stay in the apartment would find this a problem. Have forwarded my feedback to the landlord but the response was that the building mgmt is aware of this and working on it … hope it gets resolved for future customers !!

I like it because it was so close to the airport and easy to get to, the staff are very nice, and the place is very comfortable.

Some of the stuff in the bathroom is broken, like the toilet flush, but overall everything is good.

Nice with the access to the pool.

The location on the map seems like it’s right next to the runway, but in reality it required a 10 min walk. After arrival at midnight, we were asked to wait by the gate with the guards until someone comes with the keys- it felt like a waste of time when you stay there only for a few hours- could be more convenient to check in already in the building.
