I like the stay, cozy and comfortable.

They charge me of resorts fee without using the facility and they did not inform me that the pool is under construction.

Not good, we transfered to a nearby condotel not sarasota. We are on the 10th floor. The room is very hot. The bed is very soft. Not comfortable.

No drinking water(only 2 small bottles for 2 guests) The host located me in a different location than where I booked 15 min walk from grocery shops A/C not cooling One outlet for the fridge and microwave(can't use both at the same time)

Location

No proper communication, we were told during check in that the reserve unit in Sarasota is not available and was transferred to one of the units across the building which is in poor condition and not worth the price
