One Palm Tree Villas NAIA TERMINAL 3

Location

There’s a small cockroaches. Bedding’s not change, but when the reception informed the cleaner came and changed.

Wifi not working, TV not working, old aircon, old sofa/sofabed?,

Nothing, couldn’t get the a/c to work. Door to lock and there were cockroach’s everywhere.

Everything, couldn’t contact host because i didn’t have wifi. The cockroaches, a/c wasn’t working. Looked nothing like the picture. Tried to walk to find some wifi and couldn’t lock my belongings in the room so ended up booking the night elsewhere.

The person at the front desk was nice but it was very obvious they were not ready for us despite having already charged me and had the reservation for weeks. We were checking in at 8 pm they had hours that day and still had to change our room because our first one wasn't ready.

First off it's NOT just across the street from the airport it's a 20 plus minute walk from leaving airport over skywalk down stairs and down the sidewalk in the middle of Manila. They had to change our room. We had no shampoo or soap in shower just handsoap. Because the room wasn't ready, the room was VERY hot, they should have had the AC on in advance but didn't because it wasn't supposed to be our room. The sheets were not clean. The bed is hard. We had the fan on too, until it died. The room is VERY loud, we kept checking to see if some window or door was open the street noise was crazy. The knob to make the shower come on was lliterally unscrewed I hand tightened it. Towels were like swimming towels not shower towel. The only good things were the front desk person was nice, and the security guard who got us a taxi was great, everything else was terrible

In walking distanta to NAIA Terminal 3

The position on the map, provider by Booking was wrong. I sent 3 messages to the property to request an accurate position - no answer. It's not nice, at 11pm to try to fiind young accomodation. When we finaly arrived there, it took another 20 min. till they found we must mode to another building. The room itself looked cheap, with some broker parts. Some friends took a hotel at 3 minute away, with only 10$ more, that was much better. As conclusion, I do not recomand this place.

I like the location, just a walking distance to NAIA Terminal III. There's plenty of food and stores around.

The hot shower is not working.

The smell so bad in the room
