The total ambiance and location.

The upgraded room I booked did not meet my expectation. Need to change room but still not the one I book in the website I choose to have a pool view.

It is clean, has good location to Naia Terminal 3 (can go through Runway Manila if you want to walk from Naia Terminal 3 to accommodation). Close to shops, grocery and banks. Location is secure with guards. Also has swimming pool. Room has everything I needed. There’s towels with a guest kit that includes toothbrush and small toothpaste and 1 shampoo, cutlery, plates, cups, pot and pans, refrigerator, microwave, fan and air conditioning. Also has washing machine. I did not use the washing machine and microwave but it is available if needed. Also has wifi and television. Easy to communicate with host.

"Overall, our stay was good."

The location was excellent, it’s the selling point of the property. It was just walking distance from our event at Newport. It had a sizeable pool & gym. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. Host tried to anticipate guests’ needs by providing hygiene kits. Our flight to Manila was a bit early and we reached the condo before checkin time and couldn’t initially leave our luggages. Lobby can’t accommodate them. Good thing our host eventually agreed that we leave our stuff so that we can go have lunch and roam around. Generally, our host was responsive.

There was a smell to our room (seemed like from cigarettes; don’t know if it was a Smoking Room they gave us) it disappears a few minutes once you’re in but everytime you enter, you can really smell it. Towels came in late. CR door had no lock & worse, hole for the lock was kept open so that you can peep from & to the CR. Don’t know how long it has been that way but it seemed like it’s been a while and hadn’t been fixed

Good location - walking distance to terminal 3

Unfortunately the pool is closed on a Monday for Maintenance so we couldn’t use it
