The location and pool

I’m sure we were put in the cleaners room! Not the room in the photos or the room on the email. Staff were no help at all. No hot water no interest luckily my brother was staying near he came and done the hot water. The sofa bed was metal with the most thin mattress my adult daughter couldn’t sleep. No interest again was told to contact the host who say no help. Just rudeness will never stay there again. We normally stay cross the road in 2 but there was no availability this time. We thought this was the same place but it wasn’t.

The location was very nice.

The building staff were helpful and accommodating especially the receptionists and maintenance staff.

The problem was the person managing the unit, there were instances that we attempted to contact them/her for queries but didn’t respond. On our last day, we called the unit manager to ask if we could do a late check-out as out flights were delayed, she responded to the call and told us that she will send us an update if we could proceed with the late check-out or not. We were waiting for correspondence so that we could book another place if need be, whilst waiting for our delayed flights. We waited but she did not send us an update and so we called her the next day, which was our check-out day, and that’s when she informed us that there was already a booking made and so we cannot do a late check out. If she could have corresponded in a timely manner like what she told us she would do, then we could have planned ahead and made some reservations. In terms of the actual unit, on our first day, the toilet was clogged. And throughout our stay, whenever it rained, water would pool on the floor near the socket, which was an electrical hazard and a slip hazard.
