Location is perfect if you have morning flight from T3. Walking distance. Even during night you feel safe. The host is very friendly. Close to mall

Good proximity to T3 terminal, but run down. You get what you pay for.

Everything is old and needs repair

Close to the airport! Bed was comfy!

The room is way too expensive for what you get. And the staff in the lobby were not very friendly. A bit rude to be honest. We kindly asked if they’d allow us to drop off our bags a few hours before check-in, but they said no, and we even asked if they could just keep them behind their desk - it was a lot of free space there, but no. They didn’t want to, and the way they declined us was just upright rude. This is our first place where they have denied us to store our bags before/after check-out. Booking said check-in at 13.00, but the receptionist said 14.00, so we had to change our plans, and walk around in Manila with our bags all day.

Location to restaurants and airport

Over all it was good. The host is welcoming and kind. Room is as expected for the price.

Building receptionist has a bad attitude and very rude. Acting that she has no contact with the room host but in the end she has a contact information she was just lazy to do it.

Location near T3

The location near the airport.

We didn’t receive the confirmation of payment, the room was dirty, towers weren’t clean. The corridor and balcony were dirty as well.

Great location & great host

Very closed to the airport (we can go by feet) so it’s very practical for a short stay! The district is very safe and good (lots of place to eat, massage..). For the price it’s very convenient, but obviously don’t except anything special :)
