Owner never showed up, had to look for another room!

False advertisement. Contacted owner and no response. Upon check in we were brought into our room. We were cery tired from our flight and At 11pm someone was knocking on the door to collect payment our payment. I thought this has been organised/deducted on arrival since we were allowed to get into our room. However they said they only accept cash on arrival. I have suggested maybe it would have been better if they had let us know or ask us to pay the accomodation before letting us in rather than someone knocking in the middle of the night. I have suggested also that maybe next time it would have been better if he could have communicated to me. He said the number that was on booking is the old property manager and thats not him. I have told him that the website should be updated to avoid this kind of issue. But he suggested i should have taken his number from the security guards. I have told him i find that a bit inaapropriate especially being bothered at 11pm. He said raising his voice that that is not his problem because he is only there to collect for the payment and i should be grateful that i was allowed in. I got so upset tht i decided to leave the property at 1130pm and look for an accomodation nearby. I was just so grateful that i have managed yo book another accomodation jusg accros the road.

The owner was accommodating enough. The property was close to the airport.

The concierge and especially the guard on duty - Alcaras weren’t helpful at all. The door to the balcony was broken.

Very close to the airport and the location was close to groceries and all, this well-maintained apartment was very comfortable for a relaxing stay before flying home after a hectic trip.
