Magnificent View of Manila Bay, Roxas Blvd, US Embassy

Location is accessible to all needs. A lot of restaurant and mall around the vicinity. Some tourist attractions are walking distance as well.

Staff were not hospitable. During the arrival, a lady/boy (sorry its hard to recognized i apologized you) just gabe the key of the room and thats it. He/she should at least open the room and told us where and what etc. if you have queries and so blahblahblah... nothing. Reality over expectation happen during thw arrival. I really dont want to give such comment like this because i do work in a hospitality and restaurant industry as well. I travel a lot abroad and local.. bewn tried a lot of airbnb like this but really sorry. Simple wifi or local chanel for t.v...nothing. you expect 4 guests...towel are only 2.. bed set up is only for 2 as well. Sofa bed will be used for sure...another set of bed sheet or blanket should be there. Anyway..it good that at least the location is good. Hope you find this comment for you to improve for future promotions. Parking fee says 300 online but 400 was ask in the vicinity. A lot of misleading info which need to update online. Remove the facility that is listed if you dont offer it during the stay..

Just the location...

I feel offended in the first place. Host responses to me were very degrading and disappointing though I am only asking why there wasn't enough beds as mentioned in the property description. Also my family mentioned that there are little cockroaches in the property.

Location is good, there were restaurants nearby, near the US embassy, the place is clean. I am satisfied with my stay there.

The wifi and the tv is not working. I booked for 2 beds, yes there were 2 beds but only one blanket, so we have to share 1 blanket which my doctor son doesnt like.

Check in process took longer as we were waiting whilst room will be cleaned. No toilet paper and towels were provided in the beginning, had to wait.

Smooth process, good communication and everything is convenient. I booked this for my Mom's interview because it's right in front of the U.S Embassy. I was worried at first because it's not a typical hotel, but I didn't regret it. My family said it was easy to check in and since it's a condo the amenities is way better than hotel.

Place was not clean at all, there were roaches everywhere

The location is great. It was near to the event that we needed to go.

Room - It's not well maintained. The bathroom was not as clean as we would want it. The shower head was broken. The whole room welt dusty and the beds were not a clean as you would want it to be. Parking - I asked if parking was available for us and the one who is answering this booking said yes. I did not ask if there are details i needed to provide and the person did not ask as well. To my surprise, parking was only for actual tenants and not guests. We had to park on the street of Manila hoping our car will be in tact in the morning. I asked the person again and they said that I did not provide my car details - Details that they did not ask for me to give.
