Worst experience ever. The room was very dirty, everywhere cockroaches, broken window so the wind went through and bang the door all the time… All the surfaces in the kitchen were dirty, stains on the wall. The sink in the toilet didn’t worked properly… The only good thing was the entrance with Portier.

The location and property itself is brilliant. Amenities nearby, shopping and activities. Views are amazing! The host reacts quickly to our needs.

The reception is not very helpful. No information on most things I've asked them as they would in hotels. I had to call in the house keeping for more essentials needed i.e towels and and extra blankets. Kitchen utensils are not adequate. Provided a kettle but can't use as in has plug not match on socket. The property is not cleaned properly, used deodorant and cotton buds found on floor, kitchen sponge with hair on. It's described on site that airport shuttles are available but it's not.

I like the assistance that we received from the Host and his assistant. There are several facilities that you can choose from for free.

It is best to stick with the original room accommodation especially for a big family.

Hi Jay, Good day, I wish you have a plumber unblock the shower drain and bathroom sink as it was always flooded while we were showering. Only took 2 days then the drain was completely blocked again. Full plumbing maintenance is what you need for the apartment. The bed was also very old and uncomfortable. Its like lying on a cardboard. Otherwise the rest of the room was quite good. Your staff Joy and Sheila were very helpful and always went out of their way to assist us with any requests.
