"Lobby was clean, looked presentable, but our room was disgusting."

Close location to the embassy

Our booked room was infested with roaches, they were unable to relocate us to a different room as soon as possible. we had no choice, but to sleep there for the night as it was past midnight already and no one can assist.

The property is actually a third party sub lease situation. Which just complicates things in my opinion. The actual name of the property doesn’t match the booking.com listing so good luck trying to find the location, this definitely needs to be corrected!

"VERIFY THE ROACHES HAVE BEEN ERADICATED BEFORE CONSIDERING."

The location was chosen for its proximity to the US Embassy which is in walking distance.

The condo was very clean by all appearances,... BUT,... as soon as the lights went out,... the roaches came out of their nests and crawled all over everything. They are in the range hood, the refrigerator, the cabinets, behind the shelves, etc, etc. The place MUST be fumigated thoroughly if it is to be inhabited. In fairness to the host, they likely only enter the condo during daytime hours and may be unaware,... but they should visit at night. Creepy and disgusting.

"Affordable and comfortable stay"

Great location near many tourist attractions and restaurants. Area felt safe for a capital city neighborhood. Good quality WiFi and aircon with good amount of space/furniture so the two of us could unpack and feel settled for the stay. Good selection of kitchen appliances as well. Arrived past check in due to flight arrival time but arrangements had been made with night staff to let us in with no complications.

Nothing- very happy for the price point especially.
