The location is perfect

We stayed at Room 2022 and had few issues with the bathroom. The sink and the shower floor drain kept blocking. as it was filled with hair. Joy the caretaker attended our room and unblocked the drain as it was filled with hair. The shower head was wobbly and water just goes everywhere when turned. The bed is very uncomfortable as something was pricking my mum’s back. Definitely needs a replacement.

Almost EVERYTHING. I’m an experienced traveller in Asia but this place is really awful. It is sold under the title of “Magnificent View of Manila Bay” It is a very narrow view down a side street and ONLY if you stand in a V shaped window, if you sit in this tiny area you have window beams obstructing the view so there is actually no view to been seen when using the apartment in normal way. Other issues I have… the furniture was all pretty cheap, none of it matched, the sofa and bed were very uncomfortable, there is a STINK coming from under the sink, the shower has a pathetic flow of warm water, the apartment can sleep 4 adults and 2 kids but ONLY 2 coat hangers with 1 small drawer at the bottom of wardrobe, other small storage in bedside cabinet. the only power source near the bed was covered by the headboard (can be accessed if you break the house rules and move the furniture) but how DUMB to have it covered! No hot water unless you use the kettle. Overall this place is being falsely promoted, cheap furniture, overpriced for what is on offer, there are many far better places to stay in this area and a lot cheaper. I could name them but don’t think you can on here. PLEASE AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION.
