Fast reliable internet, spacious apartment and a good layout, good quality >50” Sony Smart TV, over zealous security guards are always a plus, a western style bread toaster, washing machine, outside cooking area, Karen is a very kind & sweet lady 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Unfortunately we found baby cockroaches in the kitchen but I can only put this down to to old age of the building, insufficient cutlery (no dining knives, just 1 big carving knife only) As an electrical engineer I refused to use the en-suite shower upstairs due to the unsafe dodgy wiring!… An open 220 volt power plug & socket should NEVER be installed inside the shower cubicle and certainly not right next to the electric shower unit where it is susceptible to water ingress… this is an illegal practice in most western countries for obvious reasons!!! I can only hope the owner has a good public liability insurance policy just in case the inevitable happens… God forbid! 🙏🏻 I recommend that the owner upgrade the old original power sockets and light switches to the new travel socket types to accommodate the guests who stay here… Speaking of the owner; He was rude & offensive in his messages to me within the app! A note to you Oscar; Just because you offend me & then say “no offence” it doesn’t make it okay to offend me… It’s like slapping someone’s face for no reason & then saying sorry and expecting everything to be ok… It’s NOT ok… OKAY!!! DON’T accuse me of LOWBALLING your price because I’m a frequent traveler who has earned Genius privileges (I.e. Level 2 = 15% off EVERYTHING!) suck it up and do your research before offending booking.com’s Genius members OKAY! I really don’t care what they say in the U.S. You’re an ignorant person Oscar. Some western advice for your Asian business ethics would be to Learn the 5 P’s: Pre Planning Prevents Poor Performance It’s a fact of life… does that sound familiar???

Very tidy and comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. Our host, Karen, is great and was there when you need her. Very nice and willing to share all she knows about the area. We had a great stay.
