It was wonderful and a nice place for those family who stay there. The have everything what you need for. The guard's outside too are very friendly. 👍 Ate or Miss Karin the staff was very nice and friendly 🙂 and the room was clean and organized well Will come here again.....

"Family trip"

Affordable, recommended to family or group vacation, good aminities.

Sofa have to change or modify coz it wasn't comfortable to seats and shower in toilet downstairs not working.also pls provide chairs in lobby just in case ur costumer earlier come before check in time can wait in lobby like me I earlier to come but we can't wait in lobby coz no chairs.

The owner lives in US. The contact person on site is the niece of the owner. Everything was communicated very well in advance. Thus, the check-in was problem-free. Everything was very clean in the unit. In case of ambiguity, the contact person and the owner were always available very quickly and everything was done promptly. High-speed Internet with Skychanel and Netflix available. Really great! Great big TV. Cozy sofa. Two air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor of this unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The pool area is very well maintained and really great. In order to be able to use them, you must register in writing at the Administration Office by 3pm the day before. Admission costs 80 pesos per person for 3 hours. A maximum of 4 persons per accommodation unit are allowed. The location is unique. Everything in the immediate vicinity that is necessary for life. The SM-Megamall is about 1.2 km away and quickly and easily accessible. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. We'll be glad to come back. Absolutely recommendable housing unit.
