Excellent location - the view of the lake is worth millions, access to the lake, and very nice surroundings for biking and walking. Parking place is a great benefit. The apartment is very spacious. The terrace makes the place very unique and is the real place to be all the time during your stay. Bathrooms at the place are freshly remodelled and comfortable.

The apartment needs a serious cleaning (dust/spiderwebs). Internet/wi-fi coverage is good in the living room area; unfortunately, it does not cover all bedrooms.

Wonderful view

After 22:00 to get up from the table you have to push back a chair, which is immediately met with a complaint from the neighbours downstairs. Just to walk around the flat you also have to walk on tiptoe, otherwise there will be another complaint. I want to take off and fly, but not walk.
