The place is exceptionally convenient for a stay in Matera, as it’s located just a few meters from the historic center and all the city’s attractions. It also offers convenient parking. Vanna is an outstanding host — cheerful and very responsive. The studio was comfortable and spotless.

הדירה חדשה, נקייה ויפה ומוארת בבניין חדש. המיקום מעולה. ממש צמוד למדרחוב של העיר העתיקה , הכל במרחק הליכה , מי שבא עם רכב, הבניין צמוד לחנייה שעולה 20 יורו ליום. חיכתה לנו מישהי מקסימה שפתחה לנו את הדירה ויכלנו להיות איתה בקשר כשהיתה בעיה לרגע עם המים החמים היא הגיעה מיד וטיפלה בזה .

"Relaxing enjoyable stay in Matera"

The apartment was spacious, bright and airy. The view from the terrace was amazing. The bed / mattress was firm and I had very good sleep. The location was perfect - there’s a supermarket just down the road and I reached the apartment from the train station / bus stop on foot with a trolley luggage in around fifteen minutes. There’s a laundromat nearby and many cafes and restaurants around. Vanna and her team were really helpful and prompt in their response too. Overall a really good and relaxing stay.

La ubicación es muy cómoda y céntrica; también es silencioso y cómodo. Tenes todo lo que necesitas para una gran estadía. La chica que nos recibió divina, súper paciente y ayudó a mi mamá con su valija. Muy atenta!

Hay que tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor así que livianos con el equipaje (puede ser uno o dos pisos)
